Chef Neynah, born Nnenna Umeh, is a SAIT-trained culinary professional with over 10 years of experience crafting exceptional dining experiences across Calgary and beyond.

Her culinary journey began with a deep love for food rooted in her West African heritage, where meals are more than sustenance — they’re celebrations of culture, family, and togetherness. This philosophy drives everything she creates.

After formal training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Chef Neynah honed her skills in professional kitchens before discovering her true calling: bringing restaurant-quality experiences directly into people’s homes.

Today, through Royale Edibles Catering, she serves Calgary’s most discerning clients — busy professionals who crave exceptional food, couples seeking unforgettable date nights, and hosts who want to impress without the stress.

Chef Neynah combines culinary expertise with professional nutrition training. With certifications in meal planning and a diploma in health and fitness coaching, she creates meals that are both flavorful and aligned with your lifestyle and health goals.
